When will my box arrive?
If you've ordered a one-off box, your box will be dispatched within ten working days. Subscription boxes are dispatched on the 20th of every month/quarter, from when you initially sign up.
What will I get in my box?
Each box varies depending on the customer's size, team and any special requests they may have made. A typical box contains two to five items. If there are specific items you do or do not want in your box, let us know.
What shipping method do you use?
Our boxes are sent via second class recorded and signed delivery, via Royal Mail. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your box has been dispatched.
Can I skip a month?
Yes! We have put a 'Skip' option in place for those months where an unexpected emergency occurs or things get a bit tight. Simply log in to your online account and click 'skip'. You will then skip your subscription and payment for a month and it will reinstate automatically for the following month. You can also change your subscription from monthly to quarterly or vice versa.
When do I pay?
For individual box orders, payment will be made upon checking out.
Subscribers will be billed on the 1st of either every month or every quarter, depending on whether you are a monthly or quarterly box subscriber.
When you sign up and make your first payment, your details are then stored, so you will then be automatically billed on the 1st of each month or quarter.
What are your monthly cut-off dates?
Our cut-off date is the 18th. If you sign up before the 18th, you will receive a box that same month and will then be billed on the 1st for the following month's box.
If you sign up on or after the 18th, your payment will be for your box the following month, so don't worry, you won't be charged again on the 1st!
How do I order just one team box?
For individual boxes, please visit the 'Individual Boxes' area via our Menu.
How will you know my size?
When you select your box option, you will be asked to choose your size straight away.
What if I have some merchandise already?
If you have any specific items already, just let us know what the items are and we'll add a note to your file.
How can you guarantee I won't get the same item more than once?
We believe that true quality and service is all in the detail. Because of this, as a subscriber, you will have your own bespoke file where we record all the items you receive, as well as any special requests. This means we are able to promise that you'll never get the same item twice.
Are your boxes good value for money?
Of course! By buying in bulk, we are able to pass the discounts down to our customers. That, combined with no international shipping fees as well as free delivery means our customers are very happy!
Please note, there may be occasions where 'flash sale' deals occur on other sites. For example, a site may have an up to 70% off promotion at certain times of the year. We base our box costs on the RRP of each item. Naturally, we do not have the time to monitor hundreds of websites for their flash sales for comparison. We purchase many of our items from overseas distributors and cannot, therefore, decrease the costs of our boxes accordingly.
Where do you ship to?
Everywhere! Delivery to our UK subscribers is free. A flat shipping fee of £17.50 is applied for deliveries to the US. A flat shipping fee of £15 is applied for deliveries to anywhere else in the world.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling your subscription is simple. Just log-in to your online account and update your settings. If you cancel after your billing date, you will still receive your box for that month or quarter.
How do I change my order information?
You can change your team, frequency and size by logging into your account. Changes made after the 5th of the month will take effect from the following month.
Can I return an item?
In the extremely unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or broken, we will of course issue refunds for such issues. If there are items you do not want or already have prior to subscribing, please tell us upon subscribing as items are non-returnable.
