When will my box arrive?

Gift Boxes are dispatched within ten working days. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will reach out to you to let you know if your dispatch date has been affected. 

Subscription Boxes are dispatched on the 20th of every quarter from when you sign up.

All our boxes are sent via recorded delivery and take up to 3-5 working days to arrive within the UK and up to 10 working days internationally. 


What will I get in my box?

Our Gift Boxes typically contain a t shirt or hat, a mini 2" helmet or playing cards, a team flag, banner or pennant and either a mug, scarf, gloves or a team Wilson football. However, we record the content of every order placed against the customer's name, so we will always ensure that no duplications are sent out.

Our subscription boxes vary much more, depending on the customer's size, stock availability and any special requests they may have made. We look at each subscriber's overall record and do our best to supply them with a wide range of NFL merchandise.

If there are specific items you do/do not want in your box just let us know.


What shipping method do you use?

All of our boxes are sent via the 'Track & Trace' Royal Mail recorded delivery service. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your box has been dispatched.


Can I skip a quarter?

Yes! We have put a 'Skip' option in place for those times where an unexpected emergency occurs or things get a bit tight. Simply log in to your online account and click 'skip', or email our team and ask us to do this for you. You will then skip your subscription and payment for a quarter and it will reinstate automatically the following quarter. 


When do I pay?

For Gift Boxes, payment will be made upon checking out. 

For Subscription Boxes, payment will be taken on the 1st of every quarter.

When you sign up and make your first payment, your details are then stored, you will then be automatically billed on the 1st of each quarter. 

Please note we are now accepting PayPal as a payment method, you can also pay via Debit or Credit Card.


How will you know my size?

Once you've chosen the box or subscription you would like, you will be asked to select your size.  For sizes that aren't currently listed as an option on our site, please email us to check for availability, and we will do our best to cater.


What if I have some NFL items already?

Simple. Just let us know what items they are and we'll add a note to your file to be sure that you don't receive anything you already have.


How can you guarantee I won't get the same item more than once?

We believe that true quality and service is all in the detail. 

Because of this, as a subscriber, you will have your own bespoke file where we record all the items you receive, as well as any special requests. This means we are able to promise that you'll never get the same item twice. 

In the unlikely event that you do, we will issue you with a new item and you can keep any duplications we have sent as spares, or pass on to a fellow fan.


Are your boxes good value for money?

By buying in bulk from various distributors, we are able to ensure our boxes are good value for money. There are also no international shipping fees as well as free delivery for UK fans.


Please note that there may be occasions where 'flash sale' deals occur on other websites. We base our box costs on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of each item. Naturally, it is not logistically possible for us to constantly monitor multiple websites for flash sale comparisons. We purchase many of our items from over twenty overseas distributors and cannot, therefore, decrease the costs of our boxes accordingly. 


Where do you ship to?

Everywhere! Delivery to our UK subscribers is free. A flat shipping fee of £17.50 is applied for deliveries to the US. A flat shipping fee of £15 is applied for deliveries to anywhere else in the world.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription is simple. Just log-in to your online account and update your settings. If you cancel after your billing date, you will still receive your box for that month or quarter.


How do I change my order information?

You can change your team, frequency and size by logging into your account. Changes made after the 5th of the month will take effect from the following month.


Can I return an item?

In the extremely unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or broken, we will of course issue refunds for such issues. If there are items you do not want or already have prior to subscribing, please tell us upon subscribing as items are non-returnable.
