We offer both retail gift options and corporate gifts. 

Our boxes are carefully packaged by our dedicated personal shoppers and are the perfect gift for any NFL fan. 

When a customer places an order, either for a gift box or a subscription box, the content of each box is logged against their email address and customer profile record, meaning we are able to ensure nobody receives duplicated items when they order from us again in the future.

Subscription Boxes

For subscription boxes, the content of each box varies widely, depending on your team, size and any special requests. Each box contains between two and five items. If you already have football merch, let us know what those items are when you sign up, and we'll be sure to avoid sending anything you already have. You can also inform us of any items you are looking for, or do not want included in your subscription. We'll do our best to provide you with a range of items from clothing, to fan cave merchandise, to games and more.

Individual Gift Boxes

Our Baby Boxes include an official NFL babygrow or outfit, a set of dummies or baby bottle, a bib and a teddy or other item. 

Our Kid's Activity Boxes include an NFL colouring book, a set of colouring pencils, a Lego item, a teddy bear, puzzle or pop figure and a junior Wilson football. If you'd like a t-shirt to be included in your box instead of a teddy or pop figure, just let us know via social media or email.

Our Christmas Gift Boxes include a t-shirt or winter hat, a Christmas stocking or premium pillow, a tree decoration or a Christmas hat, a 2" mini helmet and a team mug or other item. If you would like a t-shirt instead of a hat or vice versa or for any other tailored or special requests just get in touch with our team via social media or email. Please note our Christmas Boxes can now be purchased all year round, for the savvy planners out there.

Please note that for Children's Christmas Boxes, a teddy bear, book or pop figure will be included in place of the t-shirt or hat. 

Our Adult Gift Boxes vary but typically include a t-shirt or hat, a 2" mini Riddell helmet, a flag or banner, and either a scarf, mug, Wilson football or other item.

When will my box arrive?

Gift Box orders are dispatched within 14 working days. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will reach out to you to let you know if your dispatch date has been affected. 

Subscription Boxes are dispatched on the 20th of every month or quarter from when you sign up.

Our boxes are sent via recorded delivery and may take up to 5 working days to arrive within the UK and up to 10 working days internationally. 

What shipping method do you use?

All our boxes are sent via the Second Class Business 'Signed For' Royal Mail Delivery Service. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your box has been dispatched.

Can I skip a month/quarter?

Yes! We have put a 'Skip' option in place for those times where an unexpected emergency occurs or things get a bit tight. Simply log in to your online account and click 'skip', or email our team and ask us to do this for you. You will then skip your subscription and payment for a month or quarter and it will reinstate automatically the following month/quarter. 

When do I pay?

For Gift Boxes, payment will be made upon checking out. 

For Subscription Boxes, payment will be taken upon checking out and then on the 1st of every month or quarter thereafter.

When you sign up and make your first payment, your details are stored, you will then be automatically billed on the 1st of each month or quarter. 

Please note we are now accepting PayPal as a payment method, in addition to paying by Debit or Credit Card.

How will you know my size?

Once you've chosen the box or subscription you would like, you will be asked to select your size.  For sizes that aren't currently listed as an option on our site, please email us to check for availability, and we will do our best to cater.

What if I have some NFL items already?

Simple. Just let us know what items they are and we'll add a note to your file to ensure you don't receive anything you already have. Either send us photos or a list of what you have.

How can you guarantee I won't get the same item more than once?

We believe that true quality and service is all in the detail. 

Because of this, as a subscriber, you will have your own bespoke file where we record all the items you receive, as well as any special requests. This means we are able to promise that you'll never get the same item twice. 

In the unlikely event that you do, we will issue you with a new item and you can keep any duplications we have sent as spares, or pass on to a fellow fan, as part of our service guarantee.

Where do you ship to?

We are delighted to say that we are now shipping worldwide. Delivery within the UK is free, a shipping fee of £17.50 is applied for deliveries to the US and a shipping fee of £15 is applied for deliveries for anywhere else in the world.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription is simple. Just log-in to your online account and update your settings. If you cancel after your billing date, you will still receive your box for that month or quarter.

How do I change my order or personal information?

You can change your team, frequency, address, size, or put 'a skip a month or quarter' in place by logging into your account and updating it from there. Changes made after the 5th of the month will take effect from the following month/quarter. You can reactivate your subscription at any time. If you require any assistance, just let our team know.

Can I return an item?

In the extremely unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or broken, we will of course issue refunds or replacements. If there are items you do not want or already have prior to subscribing, please tell us upon subscribing as items are non-returnable.
