Welcome to My Touchdown Box - the world's only NFL gift box service. We believe every fan deserves to feel like one and that's why, with an estimated 400 million fans globally, our aim is to provide NFL merchandise to fans all around the world.

Subscription Box Content

Subscription Boxes vary widely depending on your team, size and any special requests. Each box contains between two and six items. If you already have football merchandise, let us know what those items are when you sign up, and we'll avoid sending anything you already have. Each customer also has their own file where we record what items we have sent out, to ensure no duplicated items are ever sent. You can also let us know about any items you are looking for, or items you may not want included in your subscription. We'll do our best to provide you with a wide range of items including clothing, fan cave merchandise, games, books and more. 

Individual Gift Box Content

Standard Gift Boxes vary but typically include a t-shirt or hat, a 2" mini Riddell helmet, keyring, bottle opener or similar item, a flag or banner, and either a scarf, mug, Wilson football or another similar item. 

Baby Boxes: these boxes include an official NFL babygrow or outfit, a set of dummies or baby bottle, a bib and a teddy or other item. 

Kid's Activity Boxes: these boxes include an NFL colouring book, a set of colouring pencils, a Lego item, a teddy bear, puzzle or pop figure and a junior Wilson football. If you'd like a t-shirt to be included in your box instead of a teddy or pop figure, just let us know.

Christmas Gift Boxes: these boxes include a t-shirt or winter hat, a Christmas stocking or premium pillow, a tree decoration or a Christmas hat, a 2" mini helmet and a team mug or other item. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll be sure to cater accordingly. for Children's Christmas Boxes, a teddy bear, book or pop figure will be included in place of the t-shirt or hat.

FAQs


When will my box arrive?

Gift Boxes are dispatched within 14 working days. 

Subscription Boxes are dispatched on the 25th of every quarter.

Our boxes are sent via recorded delivery and may take up to 5 working days to arrive within the UK and up to 10 working days to arrive internationally. 


What shipping method do you use?

Our boxes are sent via the Second Class Business 'Signed For' Royal Mail Delivery Service. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your box has been dispatched.


When do I make payment?

For Gift Boxes, payment will be taken upon check out. 

For Subscription Boxes, payment for the first box will be taken upon check out and then on the 1st of every quarter thereafter.

When you sign up and make your first payment, your details are stored, you will then be automatically billed on the 1st of each month or quarter. 


What countries do you ship to?

We are now shipping worldwide and recently shipped to our 99th country! Delivery within the UK is free. Shipping fees apply for all other countries and vary accordingly, so be sure to review your final shipping cost before you check out.


How do I change my order, personal information, or cancel my subscription?

You can change your team, frequency, address, size, or put 'a skip a quarter' in place by logging into your account. Changes made after the 5th of the month will take effect from the following quarter and you can reactivate your subscription at any time. If you require any assistance, just let us know. Cancelling your subscription is also easy. Simply log-in to your online account and update your settings. If you cancel after your latest billing date, you will still receive your box for that quarter.


Can I return an item?

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or broken we will, of course, issue a refund or replacement. If there are items you do not want or already have prior to subscribing, please tell us upon subscribing as items are non-returnable.
